The warm-palette study of the BH120 house, shown separately because it reads as another building: same plan and volumes, a completely different skin — terracotta render, corten frames and perforated brick screens in place of the white rendered scheme.

The claustra screens drove the whole set: they are what the interior views are built around, because their light pattern on the floors and walls changes through the day and that is what sells the room.

Delivered as a presentation book for the client's decision between the two material options.
